My name is Loretta and I was recently diagnosed with IC. From drinking margaritas, eating spicy food, and RICH chocolaty desserts, IC was bound to find me and completely change my lifestyle.  I decided I want to document my journey in hopes of helping other young women with this condition as well as anyone suffering from chronic pain. The weight on your shoulders feels lighter when we're all bearing it together.
